Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and ug889 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). By accessing, registering, or placing any wager on ug889, you unconditionally accept this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision, you must immediately cease using the platform.

Definitions
In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

Clause 2
Eligibility
Access to and use of the ug889 Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are satisfied:
- You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) and are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
- You are a resident of Indonesia or are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
- You do not have an existing active or suspended ug889 Account registered under your name, identity document number, residential address, email address, phone number, device fingerprint, or payment method.
- You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of ug889 or any of its affiliated entities, game suppliers, or payment processing partners.
- You have not been self-excluded from the ug889 Platform or any affiliated gaming platform and are not subject to a voluntary or involuntary exclusion order.
- You have the full legal capacity under applicable Indonesian law to enter into this Agreement and to form binding contracts.
Age Restriction: The ug889 Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and over. Providing false information about your age during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. ug889 reserves the right to verify age at any time and to suspend Accounts where age cannot be confirmed, with all pending balances frozen pending verification.
Clause 3
Account Registration
To access the full features of the ug889 Platform, you must register an Account by completing the registration form accurately and in full. The following conditions apply to Account registration and ongoing maintenance:
3.1 Registration Requirements
- You must provide a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, and your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
- All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and current. ug889 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate registration information supplied by the Player.
- Registration of an Account constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy.
3.2 Account Security
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password.
- You must notify ug889 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.
- ug889 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any unsolicited communication. Do not share your password with any third party.
- Any activity conducted through your Account before you notify ug889 of unauthorized access remains your responsibility.
3.3 Account Suspension and Closure
- ug889 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, terms violation, or unresolvable KYC failure.
- Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting support. Closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Real Balance funds remaining at closure will be refunded via the Player's registered payment method after KYC completion.
Clause 4
Account Verification (KYC)
ug889 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. KYC verification may be required at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or at any point during Account operation at ug889's discretion.
4.1 Required Documents
- Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
- Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months showing your full name and residential address.
- Proof of Payment Method: Where required, a screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used to deposit funds.
4.2 Verification Timeline
ug889 will endeavor to complete standard KYC review within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. During busy periods or where additional checks are required, this timeline may extend to 72 hours. Withdrawals remain on hold until KYC is fully cleared.
Important: Submitting forged, altered, or otherwise fraudulent identity documents is a criminal offence and will result in immediate permanent Account closure, full forfeiture of balances, and a report to relevant authorities.
Clause 5
Deposits
All deposits to the ug889 Platform are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ug889 does not charge any deposit fees. Processing times vary by payment method as set out below.
5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods
- Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata — typically credited within 1–5 minutes on business days.
- E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja — typically credited instantly to in real time.
- Cards: Visa and Mastercard — subject to availability and issuing bank approval.
5.2 Deposit Limits
- The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction.
- Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account tier. Players may view their applicable limits on the Deposit page after login.
- Players may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the Responsible Gaming section of their Account dashboard at any time.
5.3 Deposit Conditions
- Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- ug889 reserves the right to return deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the Player's own account and to request additional documentation before crediting any deposit.
- Deposits made in error may be returned at ug889's discretion, minus any processing fees charged by the originating payment provider.
Clause 6
Withdrawals
Withdrawals of Real Balance funds are subject to the conditions set out in this clause. ug889 targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for verified Accounts; however, processing times may vary depending on payment provider, KYC status, and withdrawal volume.
6.1 Withdrawal Conditions
- All withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the Player's own legal name and matching the identity on file with ug889.
- A minimum of one deposit must have been made before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
- Where Bonus Funds have been credited to the Account, the applicable wagering requirement must be met in full before any portion of those funds (or winnings derived from them) may be withdrawn.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction.
- ug889 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees charged by the receiving bank or e-wallet are the responsibility of the Player.
6.2 Withdrawal Limits
- Standard accounts may withdraw up to Rp 50.000.000 per day and Rp 200.000.000 per week. Higher limits are available for verified VIP Account holders — contact support for details.
Withdrawal Hold: ug889 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending enhanced due diligence review in cases where unusual wagering patterns, large winnings, or unresolved KYC issues are detected. Players will be notified via email and live chat within 24 hours if a hold is applied.
Clause 7
Bonuses & Promotions
ug889 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on each promotion page in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.
7.1 General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are available to Players who have completed a minimum of basic Account verification and meet the eligibility criteria stated on each promotion.
- Each promotion specifies its own wagering requirement (typically expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 10x), eligible game types, minimum odds (for sportsbook bonuses), and expiry date.
- Bonus Funds and Real Balance are held in separate ledgers within the Account. Real Balance is always wagered first unless the Player explicitly selects a bonus wallet during bet placement.
- ug889 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and actively in play by the Player.
7.2 Bonus Abuse
- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing matched bets with the intention of eliminating risk, or exploiting promotional mechanics — is strictly prohibited.
- ug889 uses automated and manual detection systems to identify abuse patterns. Where abuse is confirmed, all Bonus Funds and winnings derived from those bonuses will be forfeited and the Account may be permanently closed.

Clause 8
Betting & Gaming Rules
Each product category on the ug889 Platform — sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), sakong (Indonesian card game), and crash games — is governed by its own set of product-specific rules published within the relevant game lobby or sportsbook help section. The following general rules apply across all products:
- All bets are final once confirmed. ug889 does not accept cancellation requests for wagers that have been accepted and are in-play, except in cases of manifest technical error.
- In the event of a technical malfunction or data feed error that affects the settlement of a wager, ug889 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Real Balance.
- ug889 reserves the right to void any wager that is accepted in error at incorrect odds or incorrect parameters due to a pricing feed malfunction, human error, or software bug.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per product and per market. These limits are displayed at bet placement and may be adjusted by ug889 at any time without notice.
- For live casino games operated by third-party providers (including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live), the provider's own rules and settlement procedures take precedence in the event of a dispute between their records and ug889's internal records.
- For togel draws, official result data is sourced from the relevant official draw authority. Disputes regarding draw results must be raised within 24 hours of the draw.
Clause 9
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ug889 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may result in legal action:
- Creating or operating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or using the identity of another person.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of Account registration, KYC verification, or withdrawal request.
- Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial purpose.
- Employing any software, bot, algorithm, artificial intelligence tool, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage in any betting market or game outcome.
- Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, sportsbook markets, or live dealer tables.
- Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Players who discover a bug are required to report it to support immediately.
- Charging back, reversing, or disputing any deposit transaction after funds have been credited to and used within the Platform.
- Attempting to access another Player's Account, including via phishing, social engineering, credential stuffing, or any unauthorized technical method.
Zero Tolerance: ug889 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, collusion, and multi-accounting. All suspicious activity is reviewed by our risk management team. Confirmed violations result in permanent Account closure, full balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where warranted.
Clause 10
Responsible Gaming
ug889 is deeply committed to promoting responsible gambling behavior. We believe that betting and casino gaming should remain an enjoyable leisure activity and never a source of financial hardship or personal distress.
- Players may set voluntary deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, and session time limits at any time from the Responsible Gaming section of their Account dashboard.
- Players may request a cooling-off period (24 hours to 6 weeks) or a permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting support via live chat or email.
- ug889 prohibits the use of the Platform by individuals who are currently self-excluded, even if the self-exclusion was initially registered on a third-party platform.

Clause 11
Intellectual Property
All content on the ug889 Platform — including but not limited to the ug889 name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ug889 or its licensed content providers.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ug889 content without prior written authorization from ug889.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational betting and gaming purposes.
- Any unauthorized commercial use of ug889 content, including scraping odds data, reproducing game interfaces, or cloning Platform features, constitutes infringement and will be pursued accordingly.
Clause 12
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ug889 limits its liability as follows:
- ug889 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, indirect loss, consequential loss, or incidental loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of the cause.
- ug889's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from a single incident shall not exceed the total value of that Player's Real Balance at the time the incident occurred.
- ug889 is not liable for losses resulting from network outages, internet service interruptions, device failures, or third-party payment provider delays that are outside ug889's reasonable control.
- ug889 makes no warranty that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, although we take all reasonable steps to ensure platform security and availability.
Note: Nothing in this clause limits ug889's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by ug889's negligence, to the extent such limitation would be unlawful.
Clause 13
Privacy & Data
The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data by ug889 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.
- ug889 collects personal data only for the purposes of Account operation, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and regulatory compliance.
- ug889 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
- All personal data is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption and access is restricted to authorized ug889 personnel on a need-to-know basis.

Clause 14
Amendments
ug889 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following procedure applies to all amendments:
- Material amendments will be notified to registered Players via email to the address on file and via a prominent notice on the ug889 homepage at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect.
- Minor clarifications, typographical corrections, and non-material updates may be made without advance notice and take effect immediately upon publication.
- The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised each time an amendment is made. Players are responsible for reviewing the Terms & Conditions regularly.
- Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
Clause 15
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of online gaming law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the ug889 Platform, the following applies:
- Both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation by contacting ug889 support at [email protected].
- If a dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days of written notification, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under internationally accepted arbitration rules.
- Nothing in this clause prevents ug889 from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, prevent fraud, or enforce Account suspension.
